My name is Tracy Nitschke and I work in Toy and Game design at a product development company called Salient Technologies, in Bozeman Montana. I have a wild imagination, cheerful countenace and love being around people. Challenge excites me, and creating things is what I live for.

​2017 - present
Prototype modeling and creation, digital drawing, brainstorming, game testing. Well versed in wood, clay, paper, fabric, cardboard, markers, tape. I have experience with metal, and feel very comfortable around a mirad of power tools.
House Director - XA Christian Fellowship
​2015 - 2017
​Collected and handled rent for 27 residents, kept finance spreadsheets, created announcement posters,
scheduled weekly meetings, conflict resolution, managed two RA’s and a Kitchen manager, and planned future housing arrangements.

Childcare Provider - Granite Health and Fitness
​2013- 2015
​Took care of children aged 3 months to 12 years in the gym’s daycare center. Drew pictures for the children, and played games with the children.
